Order a 3D test print
3D printing, additive manufacturing
using powder technology, is not only a method for creating visual prototypes or functional test models, but also an opportunity to produce individual or short-series batches of finished end-use and functional components.
Industrial solution
for 3D printing

Speed that changes the game
Forget about slow, point-by-point layer deposition. HP 3D MJF technology applies material and fusing agents across the entire width of the build area in a single pass.
Benefit: Up to 10 times faster printing compared to FDM or SLS technology.
For business: Shorter time-to-market, on-demand manufacturing, just-in-time inventory reduction, and the ability to fulfill orders “yesterday”.
Isotropic strength – quality in every direction
In traditional 3D printing, parts are often weaker along the Z-axis (between layers). Thanks to its full thermal fusion process, HP 3D MJF creates parts with an almost uniform structure (isotropy).
Effect: Printed parts have mechanical properties comparable to injection-molded components.
Applications: Finished spare parts, load-bearing machine components and durable housings.
Micron-level detail and precision
Thanks to the use of high-resolution printheads, HP technology enables the production of complex geometries that cannot be achieved using subtractive methods (e.g. milling).
Capabilities: Moving mechanisms printed in a single process, thin walls (from 0.3 mm), and smooth surface finishes without visible “stair-stepping”.
Cost optimization for small and medium-sized production runs
Production with HP 3D MJF does not require costly injection molds. You can profitably produce from 1 to even several thousand pieces.
Flexibility: Each piece in a series can be different (customized) without increasing costs.
Recycling: The highest powder reuse rate on the market (up to 80%), which drastically reduces the unit cost of a part.
Materials of the future
Choose the material that suits your needs:
- PA 12 (Nylon): Versatile, durable, and chemically resistant.
- PA 11: Exceptional impact resistance and flexibility (bio-based).
- PP (Polypropylene): Lightweight and zero water absorption.
- TPU: Rubber-like flexibility with excellent shape recovery.
Industrial technology
chemical smoothing

PostPro SF100
PostPro SF100 by AMT is a patented system for smoothing thermoplastic polymers from 3D printing using chemical vapors. PostPro SF100 is a step forward in post-processing technology, providing users with the most advanced material finishing technology available on the market.
The PostPro SF100 system is designed for high-volume production, enabling additive manufacturing at an industrial scale.
PostPro SF50
PostPro SF50 by AMT is a patented system for smoothing thermoplastic polymers from 3D printing using chemical vapors. The PostPro SF50 machine uses advanced features, providing users with the most advanced material finishing technology available on the market.
The PostPro SF50 system offers the same benefits as the industrial machines in the SF range, but features a smaller smoothing chamber designed for low-volume production or prototypes.

Examples of applications
of 3D printing

Sensor
housings
3D-printed housings enable the creation of precisely fitted protective components for electronics and sensors. The ability to customize the shape, dimensions, and mounting method makes them an ideal solution for prototypes and low-volume production.

Drones and
aircraft
3D printing enables the rapid creation of lightweight, durable, and customized structural components for drones. From covers and mounts to frame components, the technology makes it easy to design solutions tailored to specific applications.

Orthoses
and 3D prostheses
Modern 3D printing enables the creation of lightweight and ergonomic orthoses tailored to the user’s needs. Precise shape reproduction and the ability to use a lattice structure provide comfort and functionality.

Mechanical
prototypes
From design to finished solution, faster. 3D printing enables the creation of functional mechanical prototypes that can be quickly tested, modified, and refined. It is an ideal solution for verifying designs and fitting components.
